Preparations for the Canadian presence at Food and Hotel China (FHC) 2010 are well underway! Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) and the Canadian Consulate General in Shanghai invite you to showcase your products in the Canada Pavilion. FHC is known as one of the most prominent, as well as the largest and longest running, international food exhibitions in China. FHC is dedicated to the Chinese food and hospitality markets and will feature exhibits of wine and spirits, confectionery and baked goods, as well as the dynamic hospitality and retail tech sectors.

Last year, Food and Hotel China attracted over 20,000 visitors, with 807 exhibitors and 22 national pavilions, making it the largest ever edition of FHC Shanghai. Canadian exporters will be provided with many opportunities to learn about the Shanghai market and to network with key local buyers, and agents from the Yangtze Delta region, as well as other markets in Greater China.
