This is your invitation to join Canada's Organized Presence at the Winter Fancy Food Show (WFFS) in San Francisco, from January 15 to 17, 2012.

The WFFS is a premier marketplace for specialty foods. Exhibitors in the Canada pavilion will meet senior representatives from every segment of the food service industry; retailers, restaurateurs, brokers, wholesalers, importers and other distributors of specialty-gourmet, ethnic, natural and organic food, snacks and beverages. The WFFS attracts attendees from every major food buying channel, influential members of the trade and consumer press and other related businesses.

Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) will manage the Canada Pavilion at the WFFS 2012. At a competitive and reasonable price, exhibitors will benefit from a package of high quality services including;

• Exhibit space on the international floor
• Hard-wall construction, carpeting, company signage, basic electricity, shelves, table and chairs, a wastebasket, and daily booth cleaning
• Exhibitor badges and show and catalogue registration
• Increased exposure as a pavilion member
• Support services from the Consulates General of Canada in the United States (U.S.) and Agriculture and Agri-food Canada
• Organized Retail Tour – All day, Friday, January 13, 2012
• Business Builders 1-to-1 program – Saturday, January 14, 2012
• On-site and on-going marketing support

Booth space is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, upon receipt of the completed **Application for Space and Participation Agreement Form Sold out! (60KB), as well as payment of the participation fee in full. The cost for participation has been set at CAN $5,000 for a standard 10' x 10' turn-key booth, CAN$5,500 for a corner booth and CAN $3,000 for a 5' X 10' half booth.
